Madeleine founded Shape & Impact, having dedicated her work over the past 15 years to exploring the impact of authentic engagement in organisational strategy and leadership.
She is a highly experienced consultant and non-executive director with a background of senior leadership roles across higher education and government.
As a program director and press secretary, Madeleine has been a trusted adviser to CEOs, Ministers and leaders of large and complex organisations.
She has seen where large scale transformations failed to impact, and where they thrived, built on environments of consultation and collaboration.
For two years through COVID, she led the development of a global enterprise strategy, successfully engaging a diverse community of 110,000+.
